Understand the goal
Before any talk about themes or plugins: what does this actually need to achieve? Leads, bookings, enrolments, hours saved. Everything after this is measured against that answer.

Recommend the platform
Sometimes that's WordPress on Sage/Roots. Sometimes it's Zoho, a page builder, or leaving what you already have alone. I'd rather lose the build than sell you the wrong one.

What is a Sage/Roots WordPress build, and why does it cost more?
Sage is a WordPress starter theme that uses Laravel's Blade templating and a modern build pipeline instead of a page builder. It costs more up front because the theme is written rather than assembled, and less over time because the code stays readable, versioned and fast.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. I'm based in Rajkot, Gujarat and work remotely with agencies, startups and corporate clients, including delivered projects for clients abroad. I keep overlap hours and written updates, so progress never depends on both of us being online at the same moment.
What does Zoho automation actually involve?
Usually three things: setting up CRM so it matches how your team already sells, automating the handoffs people currently do by hand, and building Creator apps for the processes no off-the-shelf tool covers. The goal is fewer manual steps and clearer visibility, not more software.
Can you work with my existing WordPress site, or does it need a rebuild?
Often it can be kept. I audit what's there first and tell you honestly whether the theme and plugin stack is worth building on. A rebuild is the right call when the site is fighting you on performance or maintenance, not by default.
How do you use AI in your development work?
As a development partner, not a replacement for judgement. AI tools speed up scaffolding, refactoring and review, which means more of the budget goes into architecture and testing instead of typing. Every line still gets read before it ships.
What do you need from me to start?
A conversation about what the site or system has to achieve: leads, bookings, enrolments, internal time saved. From there I come back with a recommended approach, scope and timeline. If WordPress isn't the right tool for the job, I'll say so.
